All of our garments are made-to-measure and require you to provide your own measurements in order for us to create your item. Please refer to the guide below to see how to obtain the measurements we require. We provide an alterations service if your order needs amending, however any alteration requiring us to re-cut any element of the garment or re-order fabric (example: skirt that is too short) will incur charges. If you are unsure about anything, please get in touch with us before placing your order.
During the order process, usually on the product page, you will be asked to provide the following measurements.
Below is a guide on how to obtain your correct measurements. Although all of our fabric is stretchy, and allows for a small margin of error, please be as accurate as possible, as we cannot accept responsibility for incorrect measurements.

Measure around the natural waistline where the back is smallest.
Measure around the fullest part of your hips/bum.
Below is a guide on how to obtain these measurements correctly. Please double check these measurements as we cannot be responsible for covering the costs of altering an order where we are not at fault for the error. If you require further assistance please contact us before ordering, PLEASE ENSURE YOU ARE WEARING THE HEELS YOU INTEND TO WEAR WITH YOUR OUTFIT, OR SHOES OF THE SAME HEIGHT.
A: Shoulder to Waist
Measure from the highest point of the shoulder, straight down the back to the narrowest point of your waist.
B: Waist to Knee
Measure from natural waistline down to the narrowest point around the knees.
C: Waist to Floor
Measure from natural waistline down to the floor, making sure you take shoe heel height into consideration. It is recommended to take these measurements while wearing the heels you intend to wear with the outfit. If this is not possible, heels of the same height would work.
